Even though my older 2 aren't at school one goes to a three year old kindy and we go to 2 or 3 playgroups each week, including running one so have to pick up keys and set up etc. I really try hard to keep the routine the same an dod everything they are used to - number 3 just has to fit in! it is a pain in the bum having to lug her out of the car and back again only for 5 minute things but you just do.
Isla is only 13 weeks so probably wouldnt have a routine yet anyway but i think it will be difficult for us to establish one with her having to fit around everyone else. I think it is important not to stop the activities with the olde rones when new bubs arrive or they could resent bubs. I'm sure you will cope, it's not great but then it's not forever!
