Like you, my DH was the one who always wanted three! I would have been happy with two when DS2 was born . But the more I thought about it, the more I was won over to the idea of three. I just didn't feel "done", so DH eventually managed to twist my arm!

I won't lie to you, the first 12 months of DD's life was SO busy, I had no idea it would be so chaotic! But after that initial year, I'm finding it almost as easy as only having two . I am so glad we went back for another, DD just lights up our lives and watching the dynamics of the three of them is so special. DH grew up with only one brother and didn't like that he had no one else to play with if he got sick of his brother . The school holidays with DS1 home from school has been really busy, but at least they are all always playing together.

We've definitely not regretting having number three
