In my humblest of opinion, the type of formula you feed you son won't be linked to how you son sleeps at night. My son was a crap sleeper. We tried everything - changing routines, formula's, food, settling techniques, you name it. Nothing really helped immediately.

In hindsight (not that he's a good sleeper now, but he is better) the only thing that helped my son's sleep at night was time and growing older. We bought a king sized bed to help us get some sleep and most nights now he's in with us following his first wake. We are just doing what we need to do to get through the day. He sleeps better with us, so we sleep better, so everyone wins.

I know it's a horrid thing to have a crappy sleeper. Lots of adults are also poor sleepers.

I hope someone else can pop in with their suggestions on formula.
