Please tell me about growth spurts

I have a little man that is feeding every two hours.. I am thinking this could be a growth spurt?

How long does a typical growth spurt last for? He is only crying when he wants a feed and have tried to delay it, thinking it was something else but a bottle seems to be the answer.

I however do not know about growth spurts, any info would be awesome.

J is like that too at the moment. Seems like I ned to have bottle ready before he wakes up. Had one 4 weeks and again now. Been told they generally last 2 weeks
