I had a bike stack this arvo Have been to hospy and everything. BUT, when I got home, made up some white hot chocolate (dairy free!) that I found, and OMG, it was the best! So sugary and bad, but just what I fancied, after my first ambulance trip, and ensuing x-rays and tetanus shots.

So, since I'm a bit out of action, need your ideas for one-handed food! (right now tahini straight out of the jar is my fave)
