Oh, I feel silly.... I thought the name addition came in federally.....cause of Centrelink recognising both mums as parents in regard to child support etc. Maybe that's from state to state too?
How stupid that it is STILL not clear and not the same from state to state....when will they catch up????? Grrrrrr
