FWIW my mum has had vulva cancer and although it wasnt pleasant- hers hadnt spread and it hasnt affected her health at all
she had surgery, but no chemo or other treatment
they test the area to see if something is wrong by putting a vinegar solution on to it. She said that she first suspected something as her skin felt different- just not like it used to.

she has now been cancer free for 5 years!!! WOOT and they dont expect it to return
so put your mind at easy- go see a gyno and find out what they are!
