Don't think you can hurt bubs. But my sister use to have what we call a "stooling stool" and it was one of those little steps that you buy um, trying to think of what they are actually called you can sit on them when your bathing bubs etc... And also, if your having to push that hard to do a poo you might want to talk to the doc about it best of luck and happy pooing!
