So, I've had a rough few months, have had my share of anti bis, comfort food and self indulging booze night here and there..
I'm ready to stop feeling sorry for myself and pull my finger out and get fit and healthy.
I was thinking my body needs some kind of detox. Not a detox sort. Just a detox to get the crap flushed out of my system. So I can get,on the road to a healthier and (hopefully) happier me.
Any ideas or suggestions of a direction would be amazing.
