CQ - Hey - Karen Russell?? She's awesome - I'm hooked on BA63 at the moment where she presents tracks 2 and 3 - she makes everything look so effortless! It would be good timing if the clothes were available in time for the quarterlies wouldn't it - but I'm not sure, I think it may be the end of Feb.
Hollo - ANYONE can do Attack. There are low impact options - so you'll always be able to keep one foot on the ground. Then start using the arms to pump up the heart rate - and if you're anything like me you just can't help but go full throttle with the motivating music. Once you feel more confident you can start mixing up the impact levels you work at depending upon how you feel, with a gradual build up to high impact all the way baby!!
ruth - why not try Body Attack, keep to the low impact options - if you go to a gym let the instructor know so hopefully he or she will continue to demonstrate the options for you. With Step it actually requires you to get up and down off the step (er der - sorry for stating the obvious) but as the music and moves get gradually faster it may be hard to keep up in the beginning. Attack can offer all Step has to offer - just without the step.
Ella - yep I second what CQ said about weights - muscles burn fat quite quickly, so by continuing with Pump and free weights you're doing yourself the world of good!!
AFM - Just got both babies to bed, so it's time for me to 'turn it up' with Body Attack (I'm addicted now I think!). Or maybe its the reduction in the scales I saw this morning!! :-)
MWAH!
