Oh Nettie - I'm so sorry DH hasn't seen the importance of exercise for you health and well being yet. Is he a healthy / fit person? I really hope he can see that you need time for yourself too - exercise adds years onto your life and increases your vitality...Is it something you'd chat to him about sooner or later?
MG - Well done on the treadmill!! What is a light and hard session for you? I know it can be hard to hold back on a light session all too well .
Liz - I believe you can do 1kg on each side of the bar for the entire Pump class, that should be your first goal . As you told me, your DS weighs 8.5 kg now, so you can't tell me you are unable to lift a measley 2kgs eh?? (The challenge is on - you CAN do it!!).
Winter - sounds like the PT really put your through your paces!! What a terrific workout you had - so much so that you couldn't lift DD afterwards, now 'thats' a workout and a half .
Miss Heather - Yes I'm a personal trainer / Les Mills instructor in Attack, Balance, Combat, Jam, Pump and RPM. Be warned - Lorna Jane clothing can be addictive!!
AFM - This weeks training schedule went something like this:
Sunday - Pump AM
Monday - RPM AM / Attack PM
Tuesday - RPM AM / Combat PM
Wednesday - RPM AM / Jam PM
Thursday - Pump AM / RPM PM
Friday - Attack AM / Balance PM
Saturday - Attack PM
I have a Pump / Balance back to back class tomorrow morning, but still I'll need to do something cardio wise in the evening .
I hope everyone is keeping active during this lovely weekend!! :D
