ive found throwing the kids in the pram and going for a walk for 1/2 hour to 1 calming....both for them and me. Ive got a rain cover for the pram so no cold wind can get to them and i just power along......
love it, I cleans my mind, get out of the house and most importantly....getting exercise
if your finding it hard to get the motivation...make sure that you have something you have to do while your out on your walk...eg get milk from coles, shop, post a letter anything.
and it does work![]()
