There's an emergency ID app for iPhone that enables you to enter relevant information then you take a screen shot of the page & save that photo as your lock screen background so even if your phone is locked the details can be seen whenever the screen is activated. You could do the same by taking a screen shot of the contact details of the person who is your emergency person
