You broke my brain with this a long time ago. Thinking of going professional
I have a kegal exerciser ball thingo. But I can honestly say I find the actual regular exercises to have better results. But then maybe I'm doing it wrong
I'm just finding it hard to remember the regular exercises.
I used to do them all the time, didn't even think about it, just did them. Then when I was in labour a midwife commented on the size of my kegel muscles and (would you believe it) I had an attack of body paranoia and stopped doing them and now I just can't get back into the habit. Dumbest thing ever.
I keep trying to get into the habit but I forget and now I'm paranoid about being one of those old ladies that buys the nappies.
