Sheree It is a terrible shock, I'm so sorry to hear you have had this result. But try to hang onto the good news - treatment is effective for the vast majority of women, and there is lots of help and support along the way. You are not taking this journey alone. You will get lots more information over the next couple of weeks, I found it really helpful to keep a notebook in my handbag, any time I thought of a question I jotted it down, and so I knew what to say whenever I saw the dr. Try to take someone with you to the appointments because it's really hard to remember what they say afterwards. xxx
PM me if you have any questions or if I can help with anything, ok?

marydean... I am just so scared..... We own a business, live remotely and have two small children... what chaois to our lives... I knew if we got this news our lives would be turned upside down!

I am so worried about this back pain that I have had for a few weeks and worry that I have a secondary cancer in my back! If I didn't have this I could think more clearly and positively about this! Thanks for your support!

Going to be some really tuff days ahead.

I thought they only picked the tuff ones for this... I am not a good candidate...

Sheree, once you've heard the word cancer, the fear really jumps in, it's easy to be paranoid about every tiny thing. It's hard now but your doctors will go step by step through the diagnosis process, you will get more information, you will start to understand what it all means. This not-knowing part is the hardest. Take it one day at a time. Do whatever you need to to get through. Because you will get through it. xxx
