If it was me then 100% a plastic surgeon. I guess it depends on if you mind having a scar or not. I had one done under my eye a few years ago - and there is no scar whatsoever. Will def cost more though. They also send off for pathology testing, same as a dermatologist which also costs extra.
Thank you all very much. MG, I hadn't thought of doing it through the hospital. I feel like I have a clue now and I'll know what to ask the GP. Thanks again everybody.
