Oh dear ouch. I hope you can get some answers and it heals soon for you. Nothing worse when you have kids to have to be off your feet.

Ouch, sounds painful. I recently broke some toes and it's a total PITA to not be able to wear shoes, walk properly etc etc.

Andrew staying home for two weeks doesn't sound so painful though - enjoy it!

Oh it might end up painful with him being home. He isn't up to my standards with housework LOL, and I am having a party plan party next weekend where I usually want my house to be perfect. Thankgod mum has stepped up to the plate though, and has offered to come down all day and lend a hand.

Another update. Went back to the doctor last Thursday and he wanted me to have a follow up Xray. The Xray this time showed a definite fracture, we're assuming it was a better image than the last. It is not fractured straight across either it is on an angle.

I think my doctor was wanting to put plaster on it, even though he didn't come right out and say it, but I asked if I could just have it strapped and go back on crutches due to the really hot weather we had been having. It is now 4 days later and I can't manage chasing after the 3 kids by myself on crutches. Andrew has had to go back to work. So I am finding I am on my foot alot more than what I should be. Last night it felt like someone had a knife and was just stabbing my foot constantly.

I have just made an appointment with my GP again and I am going to see if I can get a walking plaster put on it or something where I can use my foot a bit. If I keep going like it is, it will never heal. It has been 6wks since it first started.
