    Ouch! you poor thing!!!

    Aloe is definitely the way to go - I have a spray on thing here of it.

    I also used Moo Goo with this last burn - a week later - my back is a very nice brown colour - shame the rest of me is white.. LOL

    Drink lots of water and spend some time in a (tepid) bath! If you start feeling unwell see your dr as you can get quite ill if the sunburn is bad enough!

    Owie thanks guys Can't believe about the moisturiser! Thtas good to know. I have AloeVera spray but it's almost out so i'll get some more. Thanks guys

    Body butter is the worst - I learned that the hard way!!

    I got a nasty burn on my tummy, just under my boobs and it started to blister so I smothered on my gorgeous Mango body butter so soothe it.

    I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE!!!! It literally cooked my skin!

    you can get this burn anthesist spray from the chemist

    its called paxyl ,

    its is brillant and i put mine in the fridge too

    I agree with Nai - pure aloe vera straight from the plant. It's brilliant.

    If you can get an aloe vera plant and cut the leaves - use the juice straight from the leaf and it is even better!
