The pill does help me but unfortunately I can't take it . My PMS is getting worse every month. I am not a nice person to be around while I'm pre menstrual.
That's no good ... this friend broke up with her fiance three days before AF every. single. month. but the right Pill worked ... sorry this isn't an option for you!! I hope you find something that works super soon
