Tinks - is it possible your hormones are getting worse relating to your age - i'm not sure exactly how old you are, but my mum went through early pre-menopausal symptoms that sound a lot like what you're going through. she was put on an OTC drug from the chemist and it seemed to calm her down heaps. can't recall what it's called now though - but maybe it's worth talking to your GP to see if you're heading towards early menopause, and if so, what they recommend.

^^ Is it Premular brand? That is what my Naturopath has prescribed for me atm.
I haven't had any cramping but my bbies have been sore & my mood has been fairly stable. (Due for AF today)

Hey Tinks...pretty sure you are too young for menopause unless you are heading towards early menopause?
If you are not into trying the Naturopath path..may help though, I have an IUD Mirena. Virtually no AF at all every month.
It could be worth talking to a Gynae rather than GP and see what they may recommend.

I don't think it's Menopause, my mum hasn't even started it and my grandmother didn't until her early 60's. *sigh*

    Thanks for your suggestions.
