Muscle weighs more than fat, so the numbers on the scales will reflect all the great weights that you're doingDon't get disheartened if those last few kilos won't budge, you may have built more muscle tone than you had before - it's better to go by how you feel, how your clothes fit and maybe % of body fat (you can get gym staff to check that for you).
