Is everything becoming too much?

I get stressed and snap over the smallest things. Thank goodness DP has been so good about it lately but I have flown off the radar heaps lately, throwing things around, yelling (I even kicked a cupboard on Friday). I have actually felt the need to apologise to him (and have done) numerous times because I have taken it out on him.

I am so stressed right now after being on hold (from my mobile) to Optus for 67minutes and my heart rate feels through the roof. Then to have a screaming baby (who missed bath time, even though I ran a bath while I was on hold that she was then too tired to get into as I was on the phone for so long.

I feel I used to handle stress a lot better. I think my dogs are scared of me when I am stressed as they go and hide under the bed.

I dont want to continue on like this. So what does everyone else do when they are stressed?
