I would imagine that a gentle walk would aid digestion, by improving circulation, etc. I think if you exercise really furiously, it sucks blood away from the tummy to all the muscles so that might be counterproductive.

Don't know Tan, but you look HOT HOT HOT!
Not sure if this is relevant but I had gestational diabetes and initially found my blood sugars were lower if I walked after each meal. It could be a simple 15 minute stroll - nothing taxing. I guess your muscles utilise the energy rather than it getting stored perhaps??? After a while I found that if I walked each day my BSL's were better for the whole day so perhaps one walk is enough?
