done my 2L's today im finding it pretty easy.... aslong as i did 1.5L's before around 2ish... then i dont need a drink till dinner time....
i have a 1.5L bottle which i find a great help
i was a naughty girl and stopped at 1.3L today (though will probably do the usual thing and drink a bit over night...) - needed coke today - caffeine to rid me of my headache (although i'm sure keeping my feet on the ground in future will help that too lol!)
I dont know if I like this thread, today 2 coffees and about a litre of juice - all different ones, and only about 250ml of actual water. How bad am I!
BUT today HAS to be better, as there is no coke in the house, and theres no sugar so I can't drink coffee or hot chocolate (shopping tonight lol). Plus I have no juice or cordial. And I'm not going out as today is my day off!!!! I'm a homebody today! Looks like water for me! This will make it easy.
Had 1.5 L of water yesterday but the 2 cups of coffee reduce my real intake to 1 L.... still it's better than normal... going for 2 real litres today so need to drink 2.5

I probably had 50mls yesterday Sip out of the tap and 700mls of Pepsi Max.
Hmmmmmm note to self ..........check priorities, cut out soft drink.
Hey guys...i have a 15 litre big bottle of water with a tap on the end of it. Its great cos you can walk past and fill your glass or bottle really quickly.
I always make sure its empty by Saturday each week...meaning its arond 2 litres each day
