I have turned into a chronic hand washer. It has kept me safe so far.

    how are you Clover?

when i read you were enjoying a milo, i must admit, i did think "milk with a cold - not a good combo (for flem)".

bilby and i have had flu for easily over a month, i didn't take note of when it started, but it's really dragging on and on and on.

i feel like death warmed up in the mornings. The hacking cough does not help my tracheostomy scar, makes it feel like it's on fire. This is the first year i've NOT had the flu shot, big mistake (for me).

The milo didn't last. They were more about trying to put something in my belly. Funny, coz I'd avoid milk with the kids

I'm still not 100%, but functioning again. I can cook dinner before I die

I'm not too bad in the mornings, but give it a few hours & I'm not the best. Sinus's hurting again & dead tired.

Went to the doc about a week ago, but other than the fevers there was nothing more happening. Nothing on my chest, so no abs. Just panadol & rest. I'm doing my best! lol

We're all still sick. Ds is shocking. He has cried and coughed all day. I rang my dad who's a gp and he said it's one of the worst flus in years.

I an covered in ds vomit. He is feeding normally but bringing most of it back up with projection. I even cleaned a wall yesterday...my bed is soaked from milk and poor Dh just got covered.

Urgh! On a positive I an feeling better today. Just lots and lots of phlegm!
