Just a quick suggestion.. you mentioned finding someone to watch the kids in a fenced playground.. If that was doable then offer it as $1 per child.. I know if i was to do something like that I would not be able to find someone to watch my kids for me.. I would have 2-4 needing watching depending on the day kwim? so that would help cover some costs there.

I kinda like the "Bootcamp" title but then I love the gym so it's a term that doesn't bother me. The price seems OK but my gym membership is much less ($60 a month) and i can go everyday if i wanted to plus it includes measurements, a program and the membership starter pack type stuff like water bottle back pack etc.
For Mums who don't like a gym environment and are looking for a small class and to meet other Mums then it's a fab idea. One of the girls at Playgroup who is a personal trainer has done the exact same thing, she has 2 different groups with about 6 people in each time slot, some go once per week and some people go to both. It's an adults only though as she uses the session as a chance for the mums to get together for some 'me' time. It's something that Mums often don't get. We're usually too caught up in our families to realise it though so the girls who go love it and the time they get concentrate on themselves.
Good on you, i hope it goes really well.

Awesome thank you so much for your feedback!

Re the insurance I spoke to fitness qld today and they said as long as I undertake an accredited outdoor training course then I am covered under my own insurance.

So the only thing I can't decide is if it should be kids or not...have to think that one over a lot more.

I love Yummy Mummys Booty Camp!!! It's awesome - thank you whoever suggested that!!!

I'll re-read all your suggestions and answer them tomorrow so please keep them coming!!!

Don't forget to talk to the local council about the use of their land. Wasn't there some kerfuffle about all the 'bootcamps' on the beach at one stage?
