Ok, I can beat you all !! My DD didn't get her first tooth until she was 18 months old! DS was around 4 months from memory but she was 18 months for sure, I'll never forget it! So many people asked me ALL the time about it. She ate all the normal foods without a problem. However I will say that when they did pop through (and rather quickly too!) her front 4 teeth (2 bottom 2 top) were brownish, called hyperplaysia. Dentist and doctor have no explanation for it, it has been tossed around that it could be due to them taking so darn long to come down or maybe it was an effect of some strong antibiotics I had while just pg with her (unbeknownst to me!). But they are fine, brown is fading and there are no problems. She didn't suffer at all not having teeth but her dummies and bottle teats did when she got her teeth! HTH!
