Local babies in Bali are not in nappies, but like trainer undies... Thicker than normal undies, if that makes sense, then just taught to use toilet, as luxuries like nappies are not affordable... I don't think I have ever seen a child with wet or dirtied underwear on in any of the villages I have been too.... :-k
I have too much other stuff going on tho to try it!!! But it is food for thought!!!
