    Hey Emz,

    I'm wondering if it's the GI database on the net, found here? I've found it quite useful so far...

    I asked my Dietician about this site, and she said it isn't that accurate.... because it doesn't really take into account the fats and carbohydrates in the foods.

    That being said, I still get readings within range if I go easy on most things that are "low" according to the GI database.... like the chocolate... hehe

    Just have to scroll down to the Nutrition part and it has different sections.
    I hope that helps.
    The only thing is you'll need Adobe Acrobat to view them.
