DD1 is shattered, cleaning out the toy room and DD2 took the roof off her new police car! Can't find it anywhere!
I've checked the bin, under things I moved.... NOWHERE!
I'm sure it will pop up but the poor girl was hanging to show DP!
I'm beyond angry that DD2 has done this knowing it was a present!

Oh your poor DD ZF! I'm sure you've probably asked her but does your DD2 have any idea where she might have put it?
On a side note - the lego factory was just on TV. They must be reading my mind.
And I might have bought a Friends advent calendar for me ahem.. I mean for DD.

Some of her smurf set things are missing but they got that over a year ago when they weren't into lego and it was just in a random tub!

Hiding in my room this morning while dd watched toybox (I hate that show!). Hear n almighty crash and assume she dropped the box with the Lego. Dh was "otherwise indisposed) so she runs up going "mummy mummy I neeeed you. It broke". And then drops to her knees, slides along the ground "it broke like this". Ummmmm...
Drag myself out to the lounge to find the table she is using (a foldable camp table she borrowed from granma) had collapsed at one end, sending probably a thousand pieces or more crashing to the floor! Her explanation with dropping to her knees made perfect sense after that! Say on the floor to help her clean up and she begged me to finish the house her 13yo cousin built last night. One wall needed some more bricks. Finished it, had a look and found it had no internal doors. Has rooms bit no doors to get into them! Am now (finally) allowed away from the Lego to have a cuppa! Yay me!

Oh dear that doesn't sound good BG.
I'm trying to talk up a bit of decluttering of the toys to DS and mentioned to him last night that Christmas and his birthday are coming up soon and he might get some new toys. He said, "I want lots of Lego". Out of the blue because I haven't been talking to him about lego and he doesn't really play with it much yet. Psychic talents maybe?!

Soooo I may have bought 2 new sets today... well 1 is actually a present from BGand the other was so DD2 didn't miss out but shhhhhhh don't tell!

What was the other set? Dh looked at the pic of miss A and goes "you obviously haven't turned the box over cos I've seen that one at big w". Oops!!
Heading home from a trip to bunnings. Time to rearrange some stuff. Have a table for Lego now. She borrowed a table from granma which kept falling down. So granma found another one and told us to go and get it. But I need to find room fr it cos its a bit bigger. All three girls (and you and I) will be able to play with Lego together when you visit next, ZF!!
