Can anyone suggest a nice place to stay in the Hunter Valley?

We're looking to go for a relaxing getaway to the Hunter Valley. Any suggestions on where to stay? We're bringing our four month old so has to be somewhere that takes children.

I can recommend Carindale which is a winery on Palmers Lane in Pokolbin. I'm pretty sure they'd be cool with a baby staying - they don't have the facilities for older kids, but I would think a baby would be ok. Nice accommodation, nice people - worth a phone call

Manzanilla Lodge. They have self contained cabins, A/C, en-suites, outdoor spa etc and BBQ packs for the evening if you don't want to go out with the feral one (our little person is great through the dat, challenging in the evening) Very child friendly. We stayed there with our 4 month old a few weeks ago and it was lovely. Mid week is cheaper too.
