They are documents pertaining to medical power of attorney and legal guardianship and the like. They have been prepared by an interstate solicitor who has sent them to me withclear instructions that they must be witnessed by a JP, I'm trying to do as instructed so that I can return them. I am very comfortable signing the documents and I don't feel I need to see a solicitor to do so, just need to find a JP. Thank you for all your advice, I will try googling or perhaps I could phone my nearest courthouse? Does anyone know for sure if pharmacists are JP's??
Our local police station has a JP that comes in on a certain day of the week, someone correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure a pharmacist is not a JP.
