How long would it take?

This really isn't fair!
I've now got another $30 in fees from that all happening. Thats $100!
Apparently you get an interest on all debit things that send you overdrawn as well as the overdrawal fee itself. Then there was the reversal fee for my phone bill. $95.
Well at least my phone bill is paid now. I made sure there was enough to cover that still in there. Then paypal put through a few things from last week I forgot about So that put me a few $$ over. Then they charged yet another overdrawal fee. Fair enough I was $20 over. So $30 gone, yeah...$60 !?!

Oh, someone mentioned in another wingy thread of mine that the bank might reverse the fees out of good will....Not CBA. Well not for me! Was told I'd have a good chance since I'd never had them do it before...nup.

i would ring and ask them to reverse the fees again go armed with information on your repayments (cc if you have any) and the fact you havent been overdrawn before etc.

Explain what happened and plead. Dont get angry - cry if you have to.

Remember it is better to kill them with kindness - angry voices will get you no where in customer service!

I agree with your other poster. We have had fees turned around many a time by proving we are good clients and up to date with payments and that this is a one off misunderstaning.. etc

Yeah, but I've been over drawn before. Not every week or anything, but I have. I've been with them for 7 or 8 years. It happens every few months.
I've always been fine with the fees before though, coz they've always been my fault. This time I was trying to avoid it happening. I had no idea any of this was going to happen, & was becoming ok with it all being my fault again til I saw there was another $30 from the mistake I made with that company.

Oh, I haven't recieved my refund yet either... That was going to pay for DD's school photo's. Even if I get it, I'm now too far overdrawn & would still be about $10 - $20 over...

Maybe I should never use my debit card online again. Just do bank transfers like I've always done before.
