Dp had to tell them his TFN, the refund he got back last year and another ID. They told him he needed 3 things of I.D. They then told him yes he is getting it and to ring the people he usually gets his tax done through (a local company here) and he did and they told him that his was getting proccessed on the 28th April. It showed up on the 29th.
