Recently, Medicare spelt DD2's name wrong on our card and apparently we have to order a birth certificate to prove the mistake is a mistake?? It is 100% their mistake as the same paperwork is used for Centrelink and her name is correct on all our paper work with them PLUS I was VERY careful about making this letter look exactly as it should because I was worried this mistake would happen. Just a little bit peeved that I have to pay for their mistake although we would need a birth certificate eventually... right now it is just another expense that we would rather have put off till more required. I am about to call them though to see if it can be avoided because really, it is their **** up!
Hair ties, hair bands for the girls. They seem to think they are disposable.
Rates - normally not a problem, but my council does nothing for us. The closed the recycling centre, closed our tip. We do not use them for anything else, the main roads we use are looked after by Vic Roads, not them. All services we use are provided by the adjoining council, I would much rather some of my rates go to them.
I hate paying the electricity bill. I also hate the council rates.........we pay a garbage fee to "maintain" our local tip which is almost impossible to access without a 4wd.
I am another who thinks the green slip part of my rego should be cheaper......I've never used it in 20 years!
