I'd use the second lounge as a sewing room assuming everything can be locked away safely from little fingers, and use the bedroom as a play room ... I like th eidea of being able to close a door on mess

That said I have ALL the toys in our living room and keep the bedrooms with only a few special toys in them. I want the kids at this age to associate the room with sleep and rest and not playtime ITMS. When they are older that will change though
