Looking forward to some lovely BAs soon. I loved being 40 wks pg, I was determined not to come before I passed my EDD! (Although that was 1 Jan, so I was thinking of both us and bub and all the birthdays to come - so soon after Xmas!). Plus, I know my babies are littlies, so any extra cooking time is good. Not to mention how much easier they are to care for on the inside...

Sending beautiful birthing vibes to ReeRee and Beatrix.

Welcome Dot Face! Glad you found your way here.

i think i have decided not to have another one, at least not now. Have been playing press your luck but finally organised some hormonal contraception. i think this is a good thing.

I got a lovely card for DS birthday from my back up midwife, who did my post natal care. Was lovely to be remembered. I think it must be more personal for the midwives too, cos they see us in our homes rather than a stream of women in a hospital room that could blur into each other.
