Hmm... we started a grain free diet very similar to paleo when my DS2 was 7 months and I lost a bunch of weight. If you're gaining then all I can think is you need the weight or something you're eating doesn't agree with you.

It is just magic. I watched it without my kids and we've been so busy I haven't gotten them to watch it yet... but I have the tab open with it sitting there for them because I think it's a beautiful example of children at birth, and just an awesome birth in general. You are amazing Bella xx

    Beautiful Bel.

Was it your sister that sat with you and held your hands through a contraction in the pool? that was just gorgeous.

Bella! seeing your beautiful video on FB reminded me to jump in here and say thank you so much for sharing it - I've been really hung up on the 'what if' scenarios of this birth for my whole pregnancy and seeing your video today came at such a good time. After watching it I put C down for a nap and when he woke up, 'watch the baby born?' was the first thing he asked for He stole the iPad off me and re-watched it several times! I'm so grateful to women like you who share your births so generously xxx

I think it was your gorgeous birth video that has just randomly appeared in my newsfeed on FB via some other site. Bella, that is one of the most beautiful and inspiring births I have ever watched. You did amazing. What a perfect and simply divine way to welcome a precious soul into the world. So gorgeous, everything I hoped my HB would be. It was beautiful to watch.

    Enjoy your precious little family

Thank you ladies I love sharing it. It makes me nervous, but then women say to me "it helped me" or "it encouraged me" or "I cried the whole way thru, thank you" and I know it was worth my nerves. My favorite one was from another c/s mum. She said one of the things that grieved her in her c/s, was that she hadn't been able to see what birth was like for herself, and that seeing my video helped her heal! I helped a woman heal! Could anything be more likely to make me bawl?! So pleased it gives that to women. It is such a vulnerable thing to share. I worry that my hubby's colleagues will see it and laugh at it/me/us because they don't revere birth, so having the positive feedback is very beautiful. Thank you all.
