Hell no. Tell 'em nothing I say.. I've even fibbed about my EDD so no one hassles us.
I was in hospital for a week prior to being induced with DD1 and I didn't even tell anyone I was in hospital. I hate being hassled.

It was all secret here too. I was sooo sick of the "has the baby come yet" text messages too! It's nice people care, but it gets a bit much.
