After they just normal EPO capsule? Or do I have to ask for specail ones, and where can you get them from?

Yep just get some regular EPO capsules from the health food store & insert 1-2 as close to the cervix as possible. It's best to do it overnight so it can pool around your cervix while you're laying down, it's also better as there's not as much leakage Definitely wear a pad to bed though as it can get messy.
