What a great job you have done for her. Maybe when she sees new baby feeding it might spark her interest again.
I understand the bitter-sweetness of the moment, as DS2 just weaned too...

I'm happy to still let her have a feed if she does ask for it randomly - esp if she sees new baby having a feed she might decide "Hey I want some of that!" and the last thing I want is to create any jealousy or anything...

At least she will be ok when I am in labour.

My big girl is just getting so big now... not a baby anymore!

    Thanks ladies

When they decide to wean it can bring a raft of emotions, as it is such a special bond that has developed for weeks, months or years. It is that one special moment that only you and your DD can share, you have sustained her, helped her grow into a big beautiful strong little girl.

Congratulations on BF'ing for so long and it is nice when they do chose when they are ready to wean, even though it can break our hearts when they do
    Take care xxoo

Thanks Beema for your kind words. It really has produced a raft of emotions!
