I have just sent you an email. I cant help you in the clubbing department as it isnt really my thing but I also live on the north side of Brisbane and have a really casual Mothers Group every second Friday. We'd love to meet you!

Hey, I'm 42 ... & still ' miss ' going out dancing, movies, dining, after work drinks, etc ... since having my 1st bub 2.5yrs ago
SYKE&CAMMI - can you ring your local council to see about what playgroups are in your area ? Or even a BabyGym (sometimes held at local community centres) ?
Or even ask you Maternal Health Nurse, they usually have heaps of info at hand !!
I know your daughter is only little BUT it would be great for you to get out & meet other Mums ... you never know you might find a friend there
I started taking my daughter to a couple of activities when she was very little & she and I have met some really great people
