    aww shucks,thanks
theyre not even pro ones, my friend does photography at tafe and 'borrowed' the lighting and camera etc and came to my house and did them, im glad i got them done, about 2 days later i woke up with stretch marks all over my lower belly!! just when id been boasting abt getting none

Echidna: i feel your pain about your DPs job, my DP is being screwed around by his boss, being majorly underpaid and overworked, he was going to quit but theres no jobs around for people with no qualifications...and he definately wouldnt do labouring!!
but i said to him, crapp pay is better then no pay!
You're friend did SUCH! a good job of those! I thought they were pro. I had been tossing up whether to ask you who had done them and how much they were cos when I wanted them done with Jayvan DF said it was to much money to spend on a photographer just for photos of my belly. Pfft!
What tafe does she go to in Perth? I always wanted to do a photography course but they don't have any running in Bunbury

Sorry girls, I haven't been keeping up with this thread very well! I think I have signed up to too many

So, i'm going to do a ME post. I got a BFP on the 27/04. Woo! Had a couple of HCG level tests done. 3w4d came back at 300 and 3w6d came back at 688 so I'm pretty stoked and relaxing a bit for now.
First ultrasound is on the 22 May, so that we see a little heart beat!
So, yeah.. that's me for now!

    Hope everyone is well, TGIF!

Hey TM - Welcome to the thread!! I sent you a FB request. My belly button ring was infected so I took it out as soon as I got my with DD1, it now looks like an antelope head with the scar and the stretch marks coming off it.
More public hospitals are getting very pro natural in theory now. So much that even when a CS is necessary they want me to try for a VB so if the Ob doesnt listen to the MW, the physio will get the orthopaedic reg to send the Ob an email saying I will not be able to VB this time

Teagz - Congrats!!! Plenty of sticky vibes for you

Amy - Yep, DH desperately wanted to get a V8 when we were car shopping he ended up getting a V6 commodore wagon because finance was declined on the V8. He now regrets getting it because he could have kept the old car. We do need my car coz there is not enough space for 3 car seats when they are close in age and as mischevious as Em.

MW appointment on Wednesday, Physio on Friday. Lets hope one of them can make the twat Ob see sense. Anyone guess I dont like Obs?

alioops: haha yep my belly button scar looks like that too! i put a photo of it in my BB gallery.
im quite happy with the public system so far, all my friends who used obs ended up having problems, or thier obs went on holidays when they were due! so spent all that money for nothing really!

Lol I got my mum sorted the other day, she and Dad are away this weekend (wtf my parents are ALWAYS away on weekends, any wonder they're still paying their damn house off lol) so I gave her Mother's Day present to her yesterday... had a flash of genius this year and got her a couple of beads for her Pandora bracelet, I nearly died when I saw the prices of some of the gold ones!! There was one going for $600!!!!! FOR ONE BEAD!!!! So I got her two little silver ones, one with a black pearl dangly thing, and one was a little ghost (means nothing hahaha, I just thought it was cute - and cheap!).

DH still hasn't organised my present yet, I was talking about it this afternoon (I've told him about 30 times that I want a coral fleece robe, he said we'll have to do it cheap this year so I told him Big W has them for $25 and it will be handy for the hospital stay and upcoming midnight feeds with bub) and he was like, 'Oh, so that's what you want?'
I'm like, 'Duuuuh, I've only been saying it once a day for two weeks!'
So we'll probably get it tomorrow, we're finally getting around to doing the baby shop - ie organising my hospital bag and FINALLY buying some new baby clothes - two weeks to go and I have not ONE thing organised yet :/

Fingers crossed I don't go into labour tonight hahahaaha, now that would be ironic.

I wanted to get preg photos done too, especially after Emma posted hers on FB (I'll tell you again how amazing they are, you look FABULOUS!)... an acquaintance of mine recently began her own photog business so I've been meaning to ask her about getting some done, but I have this thing with stretchmarks hahahaa, I could always ask her to photoshop them out but yeah, they're so gross!! I've sprouted a few new ones this time around *sad sad sad* - and I've lost my Palmer's belly butter stuff, DD was playing in our room the other day so God only knows where she's hidden it :/
She went to bed (finally) tonight reeking of Dior perfume, snuck into the room while DH was playing Xbox (with his headphones on so he didn't hear her) and it was only after she dumped half a miniature bottle of Miss Dior Cherie all over the bed that he realised she was in there... I was too tired to bath her hahaha.

i pay groceries, foxtel, my own phone credit and fuel
plus i have a loan to my dad (50 a week), atm im living off my annual leave until centrelink starts, but i will have prety much nothing left at the end of the week. DP offers me money but im too proud to take it...i havent bought anything for myself since before i got pg

Aww Emma that's good that DP's pulling some weight around the place for a change Hopefully he keeps it up so you can take it easy with bub when she arrives!

I just bought my own Mother's Day present hahaha... but then, I *had* just used DH's card to buy $200+ worth of baby and hospital-stay stuff, so meh. Better I spend $30 on myself than fork out all that cash on Bonds Wondersuits and nipple pads hahah

Well, my DH said to me something that made me think - 'I'm getting you a card for Mothers Day, even though your not a mum yet' - so that's what got me thinking... What constitutes a mother? Having a live child? Being pregnant with a child past a certain point? Having an angel baby? It's something that I've thought about posting in other threads to see what people say. I'd like to say I'm the mother of one angel baby, but it was an early loss, so how does that make me it's mother... Oh well, it just got me thinking.
I'm sick again here, and that's why I've not been around. Have an RTI (Respiritory Tract Infection) and two very blocked ears which I've got to get syringed on Tuesday Ick.. Erm, I'm now 17w1d along and although I'm getting lots and lots and lots of cramps still, I'm actually starting to relax and enjoy this pgncy.
    and to all
