Does pineapple help with implantation?

Hi OneDay and Ladies,
I was googling like a mad lady at work today as a result of craving pineapple for the past 3 days.
It's funny as I've never read/heard about pineapple assisting implantation.
As with many TTC suggestions there was contradicting view points on the use of pineapple whilst TTC'ing, some even suggesting early miscarriage. Tho, like many of you I'm willing to try anything.

Hey charliebrowngirl, yeah i too read it can lead to miscarriage but i thikn 1 slice a day wont hurt. I tried it this cycle but unfortunetly its a BFN i also tried acupuncture, but iv heard these 2 things have help lots of other women. Goodluck xoxo
