Just posting my results in case anyone is interested in the future. I have just done an antagonist cycle with FSH100, which was my perfect dose on down reg, and also seems to be perfect for antagonist, I ended up with 23 eggs, 17 mature, 14 fertilised. So seems there is little difference in response between the two protocols if on the same dose.

I am about to start my first IVF cycle, long down regulated, with FSH150, so am interested to see your response to that. I know everyone is different but I have no idea how many eggs to expect.

Hi Sue, just wanted to wish you all the best in your first IVF cycle, sometimes the first one is a bit of trial and error, sometimes it is spot on, hope you get your BFP first go. All the best
