Just wanted to welcome you to BellyBelly and wish you luck on your AC TTC journey.
There are wonderful, supportive people on BellyBelly (BB) who can really offer understanding as to what you're going through. You should join in some of the threads such as the LTTTC&AC thread here. There's people there who are going through their first cycle like yourself and others that have unfortunately much experience in AC, but are very happy to share their experience and knowledge to help you in your journey.
Starting FSH injections for the first time is really scary - I felt that way - it's funny, but I found I did get used to doing them quite quickly. I really hope that it's only the one round of FSH you will need to do and that you have your baby in your arms before long.
Hi, my name is Jess and this is my first post. I have PCOS and have been TTC for almost 3 years. We first started on Clomid which didn't really help, we then had one round of IUI which wasn't successful. Our FS then suggested IVF which we are just in the process of starting now. I started on the FSH injections yesterday - it was quiet scary this morning having to do it myself. I will have a blood test and scan on Monday to see what is happening. It is good to be able to ready about other peoples experiences and to know you are not alone in what you are going through.
