FSH Injections story

Hi Fishukie!

Like you, I also suffer from PCOS and was found to be clomid resistant so I was put on puregon (fsh) injections and I finally ovulated on time! AND, even better - I fell pregnant that cycle as well! The problem with FSH is that it needs to be monitored quite carefully - we had to up my dose from 50IU, to 75IU and finally to 100IU before I ovulated.

Hi thanks for your reply. Great to hear you conceived on the first go with Puregon!! It gives me hope. I started on 75 and then finally at 150 I overstimmed. I think at least something happened! I am fairly positive I have never ovulated naturally if at all in my whole life so I was glad that my stubborn ol PCO ovaries finally listened to at least part of the instructions!!
