The short answer is.... With great difficulty!

I survived through the support of all the amazing people on this site, my great DH & watching grey's anatomy so I could cry my eyes out & blame the show. I felt I couldn't talk to my sisters or friends as I felt they didn't really understand & their comments that they thought were supportive usually upset me.
