I think the short answer is 'any way you can'

Right now, for instance, I just made a cheesecake. My house is also really clean and I have only consulted Dr Google 364646377 times since getting up this morning. This is my 5th IVF 2ww.

Basically, you will go crazy, you will fluctuate wildly between thinking 'it has worked' and 'it is a big fat failure'. The luteal phase meds will give you all the pregnancy symptoms - nausea, dizziness, cramping, sore boobs, fatigue. DON'T TRUST ANY SYMPTOM EXCEPT A POSITIVE BLOOD TEST!!!!!

Not sure what luteal phase meds you are on, but if it is pregnyl, you cant test at all because you will get a positive even if you aren't pregnant. Similarly, if you used a trigger the HCG will cause a positive test.

I am sorry, but at least you are in good company with all of the other crazy IVF-ers on here!!
