I went through City Fertility and they are REALLY straight forward, tell you everything upfront and it's easy to understand. I also recommend calling them for info. I did a PGD cycle,so it was more than the standard fees but you do get quite a bit back from medicare.
We spend about 9500k and got back about 4900k.... As I said though, it was a more expensive than normal cycle!
Our cycle at QFG cost $6300 but we got $5200 back from medicare. Our FS fees were around $500 and the private hospital costs for egg pick up and embryo transfer were around $1200.
